I agree with Anita. This is a big scam. Total they have changed me about $90 so far and there is no return policy. I order the free trial and they changed web site membership plus the next months bottle and shipping and delivery. All this without letting me know. If they are honest , they will customer know that they are going to charge for web site membership plus next delivery will be automatic.

I had a very bad experience with this so-called great product! I should have made more research and read reviews before ordering online. A bottle of Certified Acai was delivered to me for a 30-day trial and after trying it for 3 weeks, I realized that there was no effect and I didn’t lose any weight at all, unless I really cut down on my food and did lot of exercise. So I called customer service to return the product but a lady called ‘Heather’ told me that it usually took 2 months to see results. She said I should finish off the first bottle and another bottle will be delivered to me and I only had to pay a total of $48.72 for the 2 bottles. The offer was a good deal so I agreed to pay $48.62 for 2 bottles of Certified Acai to try for 2 months to see results. The amount was charged to my credit card account promptly. Unfortunately, the second bottle never arrived! After 2 weeks of waiting, I called customer service and another lady told me that there was no such offer of 2 bottles for $48.72!!!! Obviously the fake offer was to stop me from returning the first bottle and to make me pay $48.72 for it! The name and address on the catalogue is Certified Acai/Shannon, LLC, 44 Manson Libby Rd, PO Box 10 Scarborough, ME 04070, website: /*Links Removed*/. I would call this company a big SCAM
