Barry’s Bootcamp Reviews

Barry’s Bootcamp claims that you can burn more fat and lose more weight using their programs.  They focus supposedly on muscle confusion as well as cardio fast burning.  They claim that Barry’s Bootcamp will finally help you to achieve the results you are looking for without any related problems.

However, there is a problem.  There is the fact that to be honest, Barry’s Bootcamp is based on celebrity endorsements rather than actual credibility.  There is the fact that it is based on false pretenses.  I mean for starters, they talk about it being created by a man who had a desk job at a gym.  A desk job at a gym will not actually help you to come up with workouts.

But there’s also the fact that they focus on celebrity trainers that nobody has heard of.  But the fact that they apparently are celebrity trainers appeals to many people.  This being said, they have 5 different workouts that apparently will target different parts of the body.  They have a full body workout, which is ideal.  But we wonder about other workouts that claim to target areas of fat, which you cannot actually do.

With this in mind, their most famous person is actually Alison Sweeney.  She hosts the Biggest Loser, and she hasn’t been known for defined areas of the body, a particularly small figure, etc.  So we wonder why they would use her, because she’s a weight loss show related celebrity?  It doesn’t exactly make the most sense to say the least.

Their 5 workouts focus more on muscle building than they do on actual fat burning.  To burn fat, you have to actually have cardio.  Muscle building does not burn fat, cardio does burn fat.  This being said, cardio takes a backseat in their advertising, and we doubt their workouts actually have any cardio at all.

We like the idea of a full body workout yes.  But any workout, if it was done right, would target the core and all other areas or rather important areas.  They focus on the abs in workout.  But sit ups, crunches, etc will not burn fat or target the abs.  Even when you are running to actually burn fat, you are actually working the core.  So it’s something to think about.

With a program that focuses on hype, it’s just like the diet pills that focus on hype.  They don’t have anything that would actually show results, and quite frankly, Barry’s Bootcamp will not help you.  Yes, you could build muscle, which is good.  But it’s no good if you aren’t actually defining that muscle.  We would recommend P90X above it.  But frankly, as you know, we’re not exactly fond of P90X because it’s only a temporary solution to a longer term problem.
