Avesil Reviews

Claiming to provide you with a great way to lose weight, Avesil gives you apparently appetite suppressants, fat burners, and energy boosters all in one.  They even claim to give you completely safe mechanisms of action proven my two separate clinical studies.  They even give you nice little citations in small print if you look for them.

However, it should be noted that the studies are not as they say.  Given the information in the citations, there is no way of finding these studies or what they actually studied or said.  Moreover, judging by the titles of “nutr res” and “diabetes obes metab”, they weren’t actually studying ingredients in the first place, let alone an entire formula.  With the exception of Alli, there are no clinical studies that have covered an entire formula on the over the counter market.

So how does Avesil work?  They use only a few specific ingredients.  These ingredients are all capable of promtoting weight loss in the right amounts.  Frankly speaking, it’s mostly caffeine, meaning that they try to promote a thermogenic effect in the body.   But it so often comes with side effects.  This beings said, caffeine’s effects only really last so long, before they bottom out.

So what are the ingredients?  There are just three basic ingredients found in Avesil.  The first ingredient is garcinia cambogia.  It’s completely stimulant free, it has been known to stop the body from turning some carbs into fat, and to their credit, they actually use the required 1500mg.  This being said, it’s significantly more effective when used in combination with chromium picolinate and gymnema sylvestre, neither of which they have.

Second, they use green teaGreen tea is quite literally the most popular option on the market as far as natural fat burners go.  It’s known for its antioxidant benefits as well as its potent fat burning.  However, it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine green tea.  This being said, they have about 150mg and they don’t disclose the percentage of caffeine.  Even if it were 100% caffeine, which is literally impossible, you would not get enough to produce the given fat burning results.

Finally, they use plain old caffeine.  Caffeine is of course the most popular fat burner.  It causes various side effects starting with jitteriness and extending to insomnia and a racing heartbeat.  This being said, it likewise requires at least 400mg to promote weight loss, and those results are extremely temporary.  Caffeine stops working after a while as many have already discovered.  But they only use 50mg as it is.

Avesil has a few ingredients that could potentially be effective.  But each only promotes small results at best on its own, and they only have the proven amounts of one ingredient.  The most important and effective ingredients do not have the required amounts.  They don’t have any clinical studies to back them up.  There are actually hundreds of studies on green tea that they could have legitimately posted.  But this being said, they know their formula is far from up to par.  We would recommend staying far away from it.
