What Is Avaprex?

Claiming to be the ultimate oral appetite suppressant, Avaprex claims that if you are too tired, don’t have the time, hate your weight, etc, you can still achieve the results you are looking for with a powerful scientific formula.  They base it on the idea of not causing side effects or for that matter other problems in general.

So how does it actually work?

It sounds like it’s more than just an appetite suppressant.  Judging by the idea that they talk about low energy levels, we suspect that they use something stimulant based.  But this being said, they claim to be a nonprescription alternative to the popular prescription appetite suppressant known as Adipex or Phentermine.

It uses two basic ingredients.  First it uses caralluma fimbriata.  In its patented form, which is by the way much more powerful, it is known as slimaluma.  But they don’t use slimaluma, they use the basic form.  This being said, it comes from cactus just like hoodia.  The difference is, it has been clinically proven to suppress appetite while also improving endurance.  It is also based out of India and Ayurvedic medicine instead of South Africa.  It is commonly combined with green tea.

Their second ingredient is known as hoodia gordonii.  It has been featured on several major TV channels as well as Oprah, and so people assume it must work.  It is used by the African bushmen on long hunting trips, and some organizations have advertised based on the idea that the African bushmen are skinny.  They claim it’s because of hoodia, it couldn’t possibly be because they suffer starvation on a regular basis.

This being said, in every major clinical study conducted, hoodia has been disproven.  It has been proven not to suppress appetite or so far achieve any other benefits.  It has actually been around for much longer than it has been hyped.  There was a lab out of England trying to patent a form.  But they ran out of funding, because time after time their efforts were blatantly unsuccessful.  This being said, further studies have likewise been unsuccessful.

They have a number of other ingredients such as including guarana, chromium picolante, chitosan, gymnema sylvestre, and garcinia cambogia. But while some of these like garcinia cambogia can burn fat, they do not bother usuing the clinically proven amounts of these ingredients for your greater success. So you would ultimately only be wasting more time and money.

Final Conclusion

This formula has no other ingredients, and they don’t disclose the amount used of their one proven and effective ingredient.  Frankly speaking, that ingredient requires well over 1000mg, and being that they don’t disclose the amounts, you can guarantee that they don’t have them.  All in all, they have failed in every way to actually give you a successful and useful weight loss product.

We would not recommend Avaprex.  All things considered, it is only trying to imitate the prescription Adipril.  It doesn’t even come close to matching the results, let alone providing a real alternative.  With all of this in mind, it is not worth any of your money, let alone the $37.77 they charge.  This being said, you could certainly find something better both in options that follow Phentermine and those that go out on their own.
