Anatril Reviews
Anatril claims that they will give you a free 1 month supply. They claim that this proprietary blend will help you to lose weight, whether male or female. They claim that it will take you toward a leaner, healthier, and happier you. They also claim you can gain control over your yo-yo dieting past, lose weight without caffeine or ephedra, and suffer no side effects in the whole process of things.
And apparently, you don’t really have to change your eating habits, because you can eat without guilt thanks to Anatril. They talk about carb blockers, fat blockers, etc. The problem is that while these of course block some of your carb and fat intake, they don’t block all of it, and it has to go somewhere. We have seen the side effects of Anatril before, and realistically speaking, it’s not side effect free. Moreover, obviously people really don’t lose weight with fat blockers, at least not in the miraculous way that they want you to think.
So what’s in this amazing carb and fat blocking proprietary blend? Well, first of all, they use 1500mg of phaseolus vulgaris. Yes, the idea of blocking carbs with this is great, and actually to some degree it does work. But as far as actually promoting weight loss in this way, it would be highly unlikely. In all reality, frankly speaking, it makes a difference if you are behaving and then it just takes care of the extra sluff.
Then they use gymnema sylvestre. Gymnema sylvestre is meant to balance out your blood sugar levels. It doesn’t actually promote a significant amount of weight loss. It promotes fat burning when combined with garcinia cambogia and chromium picolinate. But on its own, the results thereof are rather minor, and they have nothing to do with “guilt free” eating and related weight loss.
Then they use fenugreek. Used mostly as a seasoning in Indian cooking, fenugreek has been used as a home remedy for out of control cholesterol levels, and it has been used to regulate blood sugar levels. It has been used to reduce skin inflammation, breast enlargement, to ease child birth for pregnant women, and otherwise. However, if applied to the skin, it can cause irritation and rashes. It has never really been connected to weight loss of any kind.
From there, they use what they call a “carb blend” made up of green tea, alpha lipoic acid, Korean ginseng, and l-carnitine. L-carnitine is an amino acid. It does not promote weight loss. Likewise, alpha lipoic acid works as an antioxidant, not a weight loss supplement, and while green tea could promote weight loss, it promotes fat burning. The biggest issue with the green tea is the fact that they put it into a tiny proprietary blend that they call a carb blend, and they only include 200mg. Green tea alone requires at least 400mg.
If you see claims about “guilt free eating”, that should throw up a red flag almost immediately if not immediately. You cannot lose weight without diet and exercise, unless of course you have some kind of disease or illness. This being said, Anatril is based on completely false premises to say the least, and this formula will not help you to lose any weight or achieve any results in general.
