An effective free fat burning plan
In order to burn fat fast, you have speed up your metabolism process. This can be achieved by having the right foods in the right quantity along with regular exercise. For long-term benefits and to maximize your weight loss you need to expend more calories in a day than you consume. You have to keep your metabolism high to burn fat fast. This requires following a balanced low fat diet without going in for fad or low calorie diets. These kinds of diets not only reduce your metabolism but also cause muscle loss which in turn reduces your capacity to burn fat fast.
Here are some suggestions and techniques that can be implemented to help burn fat faster:
- Increase consumption of foods rich in fiber in your daily diet. Fiber helps to burn fat faster and promotes overall health. The best fat burning fruits include apple, blackberry, blueberry, banana, cantaloupe, orange, peach, grapefruit, lemon, strawberry, papaya, pineapple, and watermelon. The highest fat burning vegetables are asparagus, bean, broccoli, celery, cucumber, mushroom, spinach, pepper, spinach, salad green, tomato, onion, and zucchini.
- Have small and frequent meals. Cut down your 3 large meals to 5-6 meals of smaller proportions
- Do not overeat and have food only when hungry. Avoid junk foods, sodas and fried foods.
- Drink lots of water especially ice water. Water hydrates you, has zero calories and when it is cold you burn calories warming and absorbing it.
- Be moderate in your food intake as this helps the metabolism process and helps burn fat faster. Also never starve yourself or overeat.
- Try to include resistance training in your daily exercise regime. This helps to add muscle which in turn will boost your metabolism and burn fat fast.
- Avoid having carbohydrates before you go to bed as it increases the fat deposit and stops your body from burning fat faster.
- Include cardio training to burn fat faster. Exercising your muscles burns both fat and glucose in different proportions. Continuous smooth movements when exercising helps burn fat faster.
- You can burn fast if you exercise at a lower level of effort and for longer duration. Low intensity exercise prevents decrease in metabolism and fat burning. Breath deep to use more lung capacity for effective fat burning.
Excessive dieting does not give desired results as it causes hormonal changes, loss of muscle and frustration. In order to burn more calories fat fast, you need to build muscle. If you undertake strength and endurance training, it helps to achieve extraordinarily high and long-term metabolism along with toning your body.

Hi! I too am extremely overweight. However, after the birth of my second and last child November 12th of 08, I decided to use Walk Away the Pounds. It is relatively inexpensive to purchase (I do through Amazon) and I have been doing this since the week we brought my baby home. I am now on week twelve of working out, am up to the 4 mile walk, and have begun to monitor what I am eating. Higher protein, fiber and multi-grain, smaller portions, and more water.
I can tell you that using the Walk Away the Pounds dvd’s has helped tremendously, I carry all of my weight in my hips, butt, and stomach. Since beginning this 12 weeks ago, I am down 41 pounds with very little effort. I just do the dvd’s and have begun keeping track of what I put in my mouth.
Good luck!

Hey, im 15 and want to maintain my shape, maybe even lose a pound or two. i am currently not over-weight on the BMI charts, (about 18 bmi and 5″6) however, i still shift some weight off of my hips. I have dramatically changed my lifestyle by couting calories but in a reasonable way, i still enjoy the odd treat, but i make sure the rest of my days meals has been healthy. Also, when i know im going to be having a high-cal dinner, (pizza hut) i plan my meals before/after to be extremely low calore not exceed the daily guidlines and still enjoy pizza! by doing this i have lost about 4lb’s, but in a sensible manner, its not a diet per say, just a healthier lifestyle. regarding your question on losing 10lb’s in 10 days is extreme, and if achieved, weakens the metabolism which makes it easier for your body to again. don’t starve yourself as your body could act in reverse and hold onto the little fat it has as it believes you are in starvation mode. Therefore, i would suggest drinking more water, having a balanced diet and try to get as much exercise as possible. initially, you may gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat, but your body will be more toned
Hope this helped!
