Amfedrine Reviews

Amfedrine is apparently a university studied weight loss pill meant to help you to achieve the greater weight loss and fat burning results that you need.  They even let you try a free sample pack with no credit card required and otherwise all the safety precautions you need.  They send you basically a card with maybe a week’s worth, not enough to really tell if it’s working unless you know your body’s natural rhythms really well.

So what are the ingredients that have gone through these extensive university studies?

First of all, there’s hoodia gordonii, and they use 200mg.  The first problem we have with hoodia gordonii is that while you can say whatever you want about certain things, the South African government doesn’t allow anybody to export it from South Africa.  So legally speaking, it’s impossible to get it.  The question then becomes, what are you actually getting?  Second, there’s the fact that there have been studies in the past on hoodia using amounts ranging into the thousands of milligrams.  All of them have shown that hoodia does not suppress appetite or promote any other known benefits.

Second, there’s chromium picolinate, which they claim will increase metabolismChromium has been through multiple studies.  But on its own, it is questionable at best.  There was one successful study on athletes, and they suggested then that it regulated blood sugar levels, not that it increased metabolism or burned fat.  Outside of that, there have been successful studies when combining it with garcinia cambogia and gymnema sylvestre.  But they don’t have these.

Third, they have green tea, which they say increases fat oxidation.  Finally, they got something right!  Green tea actually has the potential to increase fat oxidation if used right, in amounts of 400mg or more.  But they don’t actually name an amount, meaning that they don’t have the clinically proven amount.  In other words, as proven as this ingredient may well be, it doesn’t mean anything for you, because the right amount is the cornerstone on everything.

Finally, they use caffeine anhydrous.  Along with green tea, this is one of the most popular ingredients used in any diet supplement out there.  But like green tea, though effective, it requires at least 400mg to be effective.  They don’t actually use anywhere near that amount as you may not be surprised to know.  So realistically speaking, you won’t see any weight loss acceleration here.

We would definitely recommend that you find something else.  Amfedrine will not help you to lose weight, and it will not help you to see any greater results.  It doesn’t have the right amounts of the right ingredients, and frankly its only two ingredients that work are basically forms of caffeine found in just about every diet pill out there.  The other two ingredients have no relation to weight loss at all.
