Advalean Reviews

Providing you with a supposed 6 in one weight loss formula, Advalean claims that you can lose weight, achieve greater results, and otherwise look and feel better in total.  They claim that it has all the positive effects that you need and finally, you don’t have to be one of those fat people wandering around stuck in yo yo dieting cycles.  So what are these cycles?  In this review, we will go over their approaches and if they actually work in general terms.

1. Metabolic formula-They claim that this formula will increase your metabolism and therefore increase your body’s natural fat burning mechanisms in general.  So your body will burn more calories at resting time preventing your body from storing more fat in general.  For this blend, they use a 1050mg proprietary blend of green tea, alpha lipoic acid, and l-carnitine.  First of all, green tea alone requires 400mg, which they aren’t using if they have to hide it under a proprietary blend.  Second, alpha lipoic acid and l-carnitine do not promote weight loss!

2. Energy Formula-the energy formula has a blend of ginseng and yerba mate in a 750mg proprietary blend.  First, they misspelled ginseng, spelling it as ginsing, which doesn’t say much for their possible knowledge of the formula.  But then there’s the fact that yerba mate has no benefits when not combined with damiana and guarana.  And when combined with those, it doesn’t promote energy.  It keeps you full for longer!  Ginseng again can, but it requires amounts they obviously don’t use.

3. Thyroid support formula-this formula uses a blend of bladderwrack and bovine.  Interestingly enough, again they misspell things, which doesn’t say anything good for the results.  But the reality is that frankly speaking, you can’t naturally treat a thyroid disorder, which is what they are implying.  Actually, it has iodine.  But it isn’t going to make a huge difference in your weight loss or any difference at all unless you are treating a thyroid disorder with a prescription!

4. Appetite Control Formula-apparently, they think that garcinia cambogia and hoodia gordonii suppress appetite.  First of all, hoodia has been clinically proven not to work, and it can’t be exported from South Africa.  But likewise, garcinia cambogia does not suppress appetite.  It controls blood sugar levels, and when combined with gymnema sylvestre and chromium, it burns fat.  It does not suppress appetite!

5. Fat & Carb Blocker-Basically, they have combined two supposed formulas into one.  But this being said, blocking fat and carbs really doesn’t work out the way you think.  Realistically speaking, you’ve seen the side effects of Alli, and it doesn’t make a huge difference in weight loss.  Basically, they combine chitosan, vitamin C, chromium, and phaseolus vulgaris.  Chitosan and phaseolus vulgaris, in used in amounts of at least 1000mg each can block fat and carbs.  The problem is that the whole proprietary blend is about 910mg, and really, the other ingredients have nothing to do with blocking fat or carbs.

You can see it for yourself, this formula does not give you the desired results.  It does not actually burn fat, suppress appetite, or achieve any other results.  They have some valid ingredients.  But they have them completely miscategorized, and most don’t even promote weight loss in any way at all.  Side effects are likely, and frankly with the small amounts, results are not.
