AcneFree Reviews

AcneFree is literally the best known and some would say the most popular alternative to Proactiv. It made its money originally speaking being the original copycat, and they claimed to use the same ingredients, but they apparently use a formula that will actually increase absorbability while also working all day with special technology, time released technology even. And of course, they still have a 3 step formula?
So is AcneFree really better than Proactiv? It has the same active ingredients. It uses benzoyl peroxide to kill off bacteria and ultimately speaking eliminate many cases of acne. But how many other products have you tried that didn’t work? Chances are at least one of them used benzoyl peroxide, as benzoyl peroxide is actually the most commonly used ingredient on the market. And frankly, they don’t use an outrageous amount or an unusually high amount as compared to Proactiv.
Outside of that, there are different preservatives. There are some consumers who claim that they see allergic reactions and side effects with AcneFree that they never saw using Proactiv. So obviously, there’s something a little bit different, but it’s not necessarily a good thing. That in mind, there is also the fact that there is actually no evidence of their supposed “time release technology” that they talk about. It seems to be nothing more than a myth.
This in mind, why should you buy AcneFree? Well originally speaking, it was cheaper than Proactiv, and it sells in third party retailer stores such as Walmart. So you could literally speaking get AcneFree just about anywhere, whereas before, you had to order Proactiv through the phone or online, and they signed you up for an annoying auto ship order.
Now, Proactiv actually has vending machines that sell Proactiv in malls across America, making it available to more people than ever before without the auto ship and without other inconveniences in general. In addition, Proactiv has lowered their price by $10 to match the price of AcneFree in this tougher economy whereas the AcneFree price has stayed the same despite the low cost of benzoyl peroxide, their only active ingredient.
All in all, AcneFree will waste your time and money. Its ingredients can be found in a $5 grocery store product, and yet they charge substantially more for some reason or another. There is no time release technology, and apparently it creates stronger side effects and reactions than Proactiv. So you would be much better off trying something else.
