Accomplix H20 Reviews

Accomplix H20 is a formula made to help you to lose water weight.  This Advanced Pharmaceuticals product claims to help you to eliminate that excess water weight if you are suffering from water retention.  Frankly speaking, it should be noted that this is not a valid way to lose weight, nor is it a safe one.  When your body retains water weight, the best way to balance it out is to actually drink more water! But assuming you don’t believe in that, think about this.  The majority of your body weight is going to be water, the majority of your body mass is water.  Without water, your body does not function.  Without the right amount of water, you become dehydrated and something like muscle cramps will be the least of your worries all in all.

But that aside, there’s another problem with this.  Frankly speaking, diuretics are always naturally and potentially harmful.  But the simple fact is that if you flush out water, if for nothing else, the weight loss is very frustrating.  You lose it very quickly yes.  So if you’re preparing for your cousin’s wedding in a few days and you take it for a few days, you will lose a few pounds fast.  But realistically speaking, you get to your cousin’s wedding, you start drinking something as simple as water or maybe you’re more of the alcoholic persuasion, and all the weight comes back.  Depending on how much you drink, you could gain anywhere from 1-10 pounds in that one day alone.

There is also the fact that diuretics by their very nature actually make it harder for you to lose weight in the future.  So if you want quick results now to the point that you are willing to sacrifice future weight loss or maintenance, then great.  But if you actually want to lose weight any time in the near future, fit into that dress or those skinny jeans for more than an hour, etc, you might want to seriously reconsider.

The ingredients in Accomplix H20 include dandelion rot, buchu leaves, juniper berry, and uva ursi.  These are all diuretics as was expected, and natural or not, side effects such as dehydration, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, insomnia, mood swings, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, tension, anxiety, and high blood pressure should be expected.  Likewise, you should expect to be on the toilet A LOT!  After all, all that water weight has to technically speaking go somewhere.

The biggest thing to remember is that you should never confuse water weight with fat weight.  They are not the same thing.  Realistically speaking, if you are a professional bodybuilder preparing for a show, it is still extremely unhealthy for you to use a diuretic.  But a professional has been more likely to calculate the risks among other things.  As an individual trying to lose a few pounds for your cousin’s wedding or otherwise, chances are you haven’t.

And frankly speaking, even if you have, Accomplix H20 is not really worth it.  Why?  They vastly overcharge you.  They charge you $30 for a product that should cost and frankly does cost about $5 if you go somewhere else.  So obviously, there’s no reason to pay this exponentially higher price for a product that gives you exactly the same problems and temporary results.  No matter how you look at it, you could find something better than Accomplix H20.
