But what are the ingredients?

The Accomplix Detox Weight Loss System actually has a number of different pieces. They use the ACcomplix detox, Accomplix H20, and the basic Accomplix formula. Our question would be first of all, why do you need 3 pieces to make one simple detox? But outside of that, we can look at individual pieces. They do have a detox blend that has an ingredient known as milk thistle, which can effectively cleanse the body. But it doesn’t do the whole job on its own, and all of the other ingredients found in the Accomplix Detox formula have nothing at all to do with detoxifying or weight loss in general.

Second, you can look at the H2O blend. Their H2O blend is basically speaking a diuretic. Diuretics actually remove water that your body needs. It temporarily eliminates bloating and weight. However, there is always weight rebound, and ultimately speaking by dehydrating your body, it causes a great number of side effects more than anything else. And it makes toxins worse and future weight loss that much harder.

When it comes to the actual basic Accomplix formula, we are really not sure why it is there. The basic detox formula does not actually cleanse the body, it does not promote greater weight loss.
