Accomplix Burn Reviews

Accomplix Burn is part of course of the larger Accomplix line.  They claim that it is the formula that will burn away your fat and give you that lean and tight body that you want.  They talk about getting it without a doctor’s appointment, because obviously it is an over the counter option that is meant to promote weight loss in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.  From there, they talk about it regulating insulin levels, regulating the thyroid, and boosting metabolism while suppressing appetite and burning fat at a higher rate.  But whenever we see a product that has to point out the obvious fact that you don’t need a prescription, they tend to be scams.

But the other big thing we think it important to note, this formula specifically talks about medical conditions.  They talk about them in a small way yes.  But think about it.  They say that they control insulin levels, that’s related to diabetes.  Obviously, especially if you have type 1 diabetes, you aren’t going to run the gauntlet alone, and frankly a natural supplement isn’t going to do much good there.  They say that they control thyroid function.  An underactive, overactive, or otherwise irregular thyroid is a very serious medical condition that needs to be treated by a qualified medical professional! Over the counter ingredients that even begin to address these issues are meant to optimize a basically healthy system.  If you have even a hint of an actual problem, they won’t do anything and trying to use them in lieu of your medications or a doctor could be extremely detrimental to one’s health.

That out of the way, what are the magical ingredients found in Accomplix Burn?

Well, they start out with green tea, which is a natural fat burner, mixed with citrus aurantium.  Citrus aurantium is basically speaking the recognized alternative to ephedra hopefully without the same nasty side effects.  These ingredients both have the potential to burn fat, and supposedly citrus aurantium can also suppress appetite and otherwise provide you with a variety of benefits.  The problem is that while these ingredients require 400mg and 250mg respectively and individually, Accomplix Burn doesn’t use half of that.  They also use guarana, because as a Brazilian herb, people automatically assume it must burn fat.  But in fact, when combined with damiana and yerba mate, it keeps the body satiated for longer, it does not burn fat, and without those other two ingredients, it does nothing.

Then you move onto the ingreidnets that they think would actually control your insulin levels.  This is a claim they really should have specified to say that it would work that way for basically healthy people.  But they want you to think that if you have problems, a medical condition, etc, it would be appropriate.  They want you to think that these kinds of problems are more common than they are.  Anyway, banaba leaf has been known to control and regulate blood sugar levels as has cinnamon bark.  The biggest problem we would see here is that realistically, controlling blood sugar levels in and of itself does not promote weight loss.

Then they move into appetite suppressants.  We cannot say it strongly enough.  Hoodia gordonii is not a proven appetite suppressant! Actually, the studies go in exactly the opposite direction.  In all reality, hoodia gordonii has been shown to have no known benefits, very much including appetite suppression.  So in short, you got the short end of the stick with that media hype.  There are no appetite suppressing values associated with this particular ingredient.

And finally, they use amino acids and guggulsterones.  The idea behind this is to regulate thyroid health with guggulsterones and build lean muscle mass with all of these ingredients.  Guggulsterones are high in iodine, which is recognized to be good for a basically healthy thyroid gland.  Now realistically speaking, the thyroid has a huge impact on the metabolism!  But the only time when you are really going to see that impact is if you have a thyroid disorder.  If you do, using guggulsterones or having iodine supplemented into your diet isn’t going to do a thing.

All in all, you would be much better off using something else.  Realistically speaking, Accomplix burn won’t help you to lose weight, and it won’t help you to see greater results in general.  There are plenty of other products out there that do considerably better to say the least, and we would highly advise that you find something else that might actually produce results.
