They claim that it will help you to speed up your metabolism as well so that you can lose weight quickly and effectively. They even give you the “Insider Secrets Expert Tips Package” to help you along the way.
This being said, there is one major myth to get out of the way before we go any further. Acai does not burn fat, and it does not detoxify the body. Acai has no weight loss properties of any kind. It can be part of a healthy diet. However, it is not the #1 superfood, celebrities don’t use these particular pills, and realistically there are foods out there with higher levels of antioxidants and other properties that would make them superfoods. This being said, we can move on with a clear head to find out whether Acai Burn has other ingredients and properties that might back its claims.
How Does Acai Burn Work?
Well they really shouldn’t have focused on acai. It should have taken a back seat. But there is of course a reason they did. They are one of the few diet pills with a combination of ingredients known as chromium, gymnema sylvestre, and garcinia cambogia. This combination of ingredients actually burns fat when used in the right amounts. They also have green tea, which again is very popular, but it has been proven to effectively burn fat. The reason they don’t focus on these ingredients is because they don’t use the right amounts. These ingredients actually have scientific studies to back them up. But they could never actually replicate these results, and they know it. So why not focus on hype instead right.
Garcinia cambogia is one of the major weight loss herbs in this formula. Of course when combined with the two other afore mentioned ingredients, it burns fat. But even on its own, it has weight loss potential, which is why they thought to combine it with other ingredients in the first place. On its own, it actually inhibits an enzyme known as citrate lyase, which turns carbs into fat. It has also been believed to suppress appetite in some studies. But it requires at least 1500mg, which explains why cheap products like Acai Burn won’t use the needed amount.
Gymnema sylvestre has been studied and used in the combination. But on its own, it has been able to fight and inhibit sugar cravings within the body. With diet and exercise alone, gymnema sylvestre can be combined with each meal to promote more serious weight loss in the future.
Chromium has been tested and thought to control blood sugar levels leading to gradual weight loss on its own. But when combined in the proper amounts with the two ingredients above, it can promote significant weight loss. This is actually the easiest to obtain in the right amounts, because it only requires 250mcg. Micrograms are only a fraction of 1 milligram.
Green tea is literally the most popular fat burner out there. Everybody uses it. But at the same time, most don’t use it right. It requires a minimum of 400mg to actually burn fat, and for those who think that they can get results with caffeine free green tea, it is actually the caffeine that is burning fat. This being said, they probably don’t even have 50mg, meaning you will still potentially see side effects, but not benefits.
Acai as we mentioned before does not burn fat or help you to otherwise detoxify or lose weight. Yes, there is a lot of hype surrounding it. But nobody besides advertisers ever said it was the #1 superfood. In fact, there are other fruits that are more common(which is why they did not take its place)that would actually be more qualified to be in the top 10 superfoods such as blueberries for example. This being said, acai is not something anybody should focus on, and frankly only scams do.
You may experience caffeine related side effects. But you will not experience weight loss benefits, plain and simple. This formula has some of the right ingredients, which legitimately speaking they really should have focused on. But of course, predictably enough, they don’t use the right amounts. So you really should use something else. Frankly, with something else, you might actually(surprise!)see weight loss results!
