10 Day Hoodia is the product that claims that you will finally be able to get all of the greater benefits you want. They focus on the use of green tea and South African hoodia, and they claim that you will finally be able to burn fat and suppress appetite effectively at the same time. They talk about this Applied Nutrition product and they talk about how it will naturally enhance your body’s ability to lose weight.
So the question is, does it work? We all know about green tea. After all, green tea has literally been through hundreds of different studies that have shown that green tea actually burns fat if used in the right amounts. Ultimately speaking, green tea has the potential to really be successful in general terms. The question is, will it actually do so?
Then they use hoodia. And while hoodia has been largely hyped and seen on TV, it doesn’t work. Not everybody knows this. But hoodia has really been disproven time and time again, and when it comes right down to it, you can’t even get hoodia in the United States anyway. So honestly speaking, that is a total dud.
From there, they use an ingredient called garcinia cambogia. This has been proven to actually be quite an effective stimulant free fat burner. So ultimately, you could actually see rather significant and clinically proven results with this one. And even though technically green tea causes the caffeine related side effects anyway, you could technically speaking avoid caffeine related side effects were they relying on this ingredient and this ingredient alone.
The major problem with this formula is the amounts. When it comes right down to it, they don’t actually bother using the right amounts. They use 100mg of caffeine as opposed to the needed 400mg, and again 100mg of garcinia cambogia as opposed to the needed and much larger 1500mg. So obviously, you can see that 10 Day Hoodia will not give you any greater results in general.
With all of this in mind, we would definitely recommend that you find something other than 10 Day Hoodia. 10 Day Hoodia will not help you to lose weight, and it will not help you to achieve any greater results in general. And with the caffeine related side effects because of both caffeine and green tea, that just adds to the reasons not to bother with 10 Day Hoodia.
It will not help you to lose weight, it will not burn fat even though it does have some promising ingredients, and ultimately, it definitely will not suppress appetite. We would definitely recommend against 10 Day Hoodia as you will not find any of the greater results that you are really looking for.
